Mass turning relies on continuous material flow and tool wear control. Our automated setups and rigid CNC lathes lock in the machining parameters during the 4-week FAI cycle, preventing dimension drift and helping maintain batch-to-batch repeatability for approved production processes.

Strict Control Over Concentricity & Runout

Turned parts require superior GD&T compliance. We utilize Hexagon CMMs and advanced contour measuring instruments to rigorously verify concentricity, cylindricity, and surface finish (Ra) before assembly line integration.

Material Certs for Every Bar Stock

Fully compliant with IATF 16949. Every batch of bar stock (Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass) is cross-referenced with Mill Test Certificates (MTC) and verified in-house by our Skyray RoHS Spectrometers.

Optimal Diameter 0.3mm - 20mm Equipped with 60 BST and Mingyang lathes, it specializes in mass delivery within this size range. Designing the outer diameter of the part within the size of the standard bar can significantly reduce the rough turning time and material waste.
L/D Ratio Ratio ≤ 3:1 or 4:1 Thanks to the high-rigidity spindle, it can stably cut high-hardness materials such as SCM415H. If the length-to-diameter ratio of the part exceeds 4:1 or the structure is extremely complex, it is recommended to choose our [Swiss-type Machining] service, which enables one-time clamping to prevent deflection.
Tolerance & Roundness ±0.005mm Equipped with the Marr MMQ 150 roundness measuring instrument, it controls concentricity at the micrometer level. For key cylindrical surfaces involved in fluid sealing or bearing fits, please clearly specify the requirements for concentricity and runout.
Threading & Undercuts Standard Metric/Imperial Provide extremely smooth turned threads, as well as subsequent treatments such as gold plating and silver plating. Try to use standard threads and design an undercut at the end to significantly improve the efficiency of mass cutting.
