Standard Tolerance ±0.005mm Each batch of complex surfaces and geometric tolerances is rigorously verifiedusing a Hexagon coordinate measuring machine. In your drawings, please specify a stringent tolerance of 0.005mmonly for "critical assembly dimensions" to effectively control yournachining costs.
Tolerances Radius 1/3 of cavity depth Aizhuo has a full set of precision micro milling cutter magazines, which canhandle designs with extremely small radius angles. Avoid sharp inside corners. Properly designed inner corner radii cansignificantly reduce machining time and tool wear.
