Wall Thickness 1.0mm - 3.0mm (Uniform) We design specialized mold venting channels to prevent trapped air and help improve thin-wall curing stability. Maintain consistent thickness to ensure even heating and curing. Avoid abrupt changes in thickness.
Undercuts Highly flexible, easily demolded Unlike rigid plastics, silicone's elasticity allows us to mold complex internal undercuts without expensive side-action cams. Design undercuts with smooth radii to prevent tearing during the demolding process.
