Engineering review, process risk mitigation, and RoHS raw material sourcing.

Week 2-3: Prototyping & CMM Validation

Initial run on dedicated equipment. Full dimensional layout via Hexagon CMM and FAI report generation.

Week 4: Process Lockdown & Approval

Finalizing the CNC routing and CPK baseline. Once approved, the exact machine and process are locked for the 500+ MOQ mass production run.
