By requesting a quote, submitting a Purchase Order, or using the manufacturing services provided by Suzhou Aizhuo Precision Engineering Co., Ltd. (“Aizhuo Precision”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Quotes and Order Confirmation All quotations provided by Aizhuo Precision, whether via our online platform or direct email, are generally valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated. If any changes are made to the 3D CAD files, 2D drawings, tolerances, materials, or surface finishes after a quote has been issued, Aizhuo Precision reserves the right to re-evaluate and adjust the pricing and lead times accordingly.
- Intellectual Property Rights You retain 100% ownership of the Intellectual Property (IP) and design rights for all parts and CAD files you submit to us. Aizhuo Precision retains ownership of any proprietary manufacturing processes, CNC programming paths, injection mold tooling designs, and custom fixtures developed by our engineers during the production of your parts.
- Manufacturing Tolerances & Quality Standards Quality is our core foundation. All manufacturing processes are strictly managed under our ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certified quality systems.
Tolerances: Unless specific tolerances are clearly indicated on your submitted 2D technical drawings, Aizhuo Precision will manufacture CNC machined parts to standard industry tolerances (typically ISO 2768-m or ±0.01mm to ±0.05mm depending on the part size and geometry).
Surface Finishes: Minor color variations may occur in custom surface treatments (such as anodizing, plating, or painting) between different batches. This is standard in the industry and does not constitute a defect.
- Quality Claims and Returns Because all parts are custom-manufactured to your specific designs, we do not accept returns for “change of mind.” However, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you discover that the delivered parts do not conform to your provided 3D/2D specifications, you must notify us in writing within thirty (30) days of receiving the shipment. Upon verification of a manufacturing defect, Aizhuo Precision will, at our sole discretion, either provide a free rework/remake of the defective parts or issue a corresponding refund.
- Lead Times and Shipping Estimated lead times provided during the quoting stage begin only after the order is officially confirmed and any required upfront payments are cleared. While we maintain a 98% on-time delivery rate, Aizhuo Precision shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs clearance, or third-party logistics providers.
